I purchased this sheet to put on a hospital bed temporarily set up in my living room after a pelvic fracture. I needed an XL twin which can be difficult to find at the last minute especially in 100% cotton. It fit well on the mattress and mattress topper (it even fit over the extra foam topper that I purchased to make the bed more comfortable. The corners stayed on well even when elevating the head and feet of the bed. The material was definitely cotton but it was much thinner than pictured or expected. I purchased the white because I needed it asap and that color shipped the fastest. It was practically transparent but since it was comfortable enough to sleep on and stayed in place properly I decided to just keep it until i could purchase another set of sheets. Now this is my backup fitted sheet. I paid $23 for one fitted sheet so I wasn’t expecting high end quality but I was expecting something a little thicker than what I received. I would choose a different sheet if I had to do it all over again but in a pinch this one isnt bad. As far as wrinkles go, well it’s 100% cotton so unless you immediately take it out of the dryer and put it on the bed some wrinkles are to be expected and it certainly wasn’t any worse than other cotton sheets I have purchased in the past. As far as aesthetics it looks okay except for the thickness/transparency issue but I wasn’t too concerned about that aspect as it was a temporary necessity. There were no loose threads and the elastic wraps fully around so it stays in place. It held up fine for the 8 weeks I needed to sleep on it daily (day and night). Hopefully this will helpful for others considering purchasing

I knew it would not fit exactly. For my RV the back is 3 Twin beds to make 88" x 76". I bought 3 twins. They are durable. Soft. Wash well. I just had to tuck them under more. I can't a test to a regular twin fit. I bought 2 bottom sheets and then bought 2 more. I am very pleased.
