Incredibly rude and unhelpful customer service, even when range was still under warranty. We are a school who purchased the range less than a year ago, have been having issues with pilot light going out unexpectedly a few times over the year, this last time the light went out it went out overnight and our gym completely filled with gas. I called Atosa, they gave me no solutions to my problem, were unhelpful and unwilling to even take a look, said that the only way they would help is if I took a video of the issue (how would I keep the pilot under video surveillance 24 hours a day when it is unpredictable when it goes out?) And that it was our fault for going with a gas range. I guess they don’t keep the safety of children in mind. Do not purchase from this company. ... show more
