I have always had Kenmore products and love the functionality of their appliances but mostly love that they never give me any problems! So, we knew we wanted to go with Kenmore when we decided to get our kitchen more up to date. We are truly loving the sleek and modern design. I was a little worried about the look of choosing a range didn’t have a black plate but turns out it’s very practical and helped make my kitchen feel 20 years updated! The air fryer feature is awesome and it especially comes in handy when you want to air fry something for a large amount of people versus using a regular air fryer. I wasn’t fully aware of what induction cooking was when we bought it but it is a total game changer.. I don’t have to wait to start cooking and I really appreciate how it provides such even and consistent heat. The turbo boil element is even more impressive! Another game changer is the self clean option. Haven’t had to use it yet but will be so thankful when the time comes! Just a heads up that it does not come with a plug to hook it up but adapting our old connector was a breeze with their wiring set up. This range/oven has a ton of unique features including the induction range stovetop (which does take some getting used to!) & the self-cleaning oven. The built-in air fryer is my favorite feature, eliminating the need for us to have another appliance taking up space on our counters. I did notice that it seems a bit noisier than I expected it to be though. The stovetop makes a small clicking/humming noise when in use & the oven fan runs for a while after it's turned off. Additionally, when cooking with pots that have metal handles, the handle will kind of vibrate & give off a buzz feeling that can be a little jarring/uncomfortable. I do love that all of the controls are on the front, it makes for a very sleek and luxurious design. The buttons can be locked, too, which is great if you have little kids at home like us! Overall, I am pleased with it & feel that it checks a lot of the boxes for us in a reasonable price range. ... show more

    • Induction cooktop didn't work as expected
I was excited to switch over to induction after having used a gas stove, but this isn't what I was expecting. There are two main problems: 1. The elements can only be either on full power, or completely off. There is no in-between. It simply cycles between on and off in 10-second increments, so if you turn the knob to 5, it will cycle on for 5 seconds then off for 5 seconds. If you are cooking a sauce for example, it will boil violently for 5 seconds then not at all for 5 seconds. This makes it impossible to keep anything at a constant simmer. 2. The actual elements themselves are very small, only about 4 inches in diameter. As a result, the middle part of the pan receives very intense heat, but the outside of the pan receives no heat at all. This stove supposedly has dual-ring elements which "adjust to fit different cookware for efficiency" but I've only had it heat up the very middle of any pan that I've tried. The oven works great, and the overall product looks fantastic in my kitchen, but the induction cooktop is just not suitable for much besides boiling water. ... show more

I just got this new Kenmore oven. I really like that is has an air fryer. That was a really good feature. Also it is very big on the inside so you can easily fit in a lot of different types of meals. The top is sleek looking and the electric burner features make it feel very modern. It’s easy to manipulate and I have really enjoyed cooking on it. I'm not a fan of convection ovens, however this oven has a lot of features including an air fryer and a Keep Warm mode that I like a lot.

I like the cooktop without circles, cleaner look. Great to have options with air frying, convection,etc . With the corresponding buttons. Doesn’t look like it has as many heat control options, especially for the price.

Super easy to set up! I just had to buy a new range cord, unscrew the nut, match the wires, and rescrew it. The built-in air fryer is my favorite feature—it saves counter space and works just as well as a standalone fryer. Fries, wings, and veggies come out perfectly crispy without extra oil. The true convection ensures even cooking, and the induction cooktop heats up incredibly fast. Turbo Boil gets water boiling in under two minutes, and I love how safe induction is—when you remove the pot, it automatically turns off. The sleek stainless steel design with front controls is modern and convenient. Cleanup is a breeze since spills don’t burn onto the cooktop.
