They are very comfortable if you order the right size. I wear a size 10 men normally but they were way too small. I went up to a size 12 and they fit perfectly. So order 2 sizes larger.

    • Great boots and amazing customer service
The boots are solid and very well made. Strings and locks are of great quality. We purchased three sets and one of them was too small for my kid. I contacted customer support and talked to Stewart and told him we need a bigger set since we will be traveling to the slopes soon. He was extremely helpful and made sure he overnighted the new boots so that we get them in time. Thank you !!!!!! ... show more

    • Cheap POS and even worse customer service
Used these boots TWO times and the second time they were used the BOA snapped completely off. I attempted to use their customer service helpline, which is only an email address, and was told that I need to deal the another company that makes the BOA's. HUH??? Very cheap boots and terrible customer service was given even though the boots cost nearly 200 dollars. ... show more

    • Good boots for beginners or someone that doesnt go very frequently

These boots are comfortable and a good price for entry level single boa type boots. They are less stiff than the team model boots that are a little more expensive. I mainly use these boots for doing park laps. I have to tighten them up frequently but i do like the flexibility in the boot . It helps for jumping into position on the park rails and boxes. Id say a good boot for beginners and for people that dont go snowboarding more than 10 or so times a season. They just seem to be wearing out kinda fast as far as the boa and inner boot tightening. But ive used them about 30 times this season ... show more
