My daughter played this game at speech class in school and LOVED it. So we got it for her as a birthday present so we could all play it. It's a great logical game. The first section is pretty easy and would be very applicable for younger kids (like her younger sister who also likes to play since Kindergarten). They get harder as you progress through. We spent about 1 hour total trying to solve the very last clue. It was a lot of fun. It's a great way to learn how to problem solve and use process of elimination - find the most specific clue to help narrow down your choices. This is a fun introduction to logic puzzles with a lot of layers of play. My child absolutely loves playing this game and has worked through a bunch of the different cards. It's nice that he can sit down and do one card quickly (just a few minutes) or he can commit to playing for longer based on how many cards he's going to accomplish. There is a lot of strategic thinking and problem solving in this game - but it doesn't feel "educational" to the children. We've actually gifted this a few times now as well and all of my child's friends have been enjoying it too. Bought this game for my 8 year old niece and she loves it! It is easy to play and small enough to bring places. My only complaint is from Amazon and not the game - they didn't put it in a box. They put the delivery sticker right on too of the game instead. Who does that?!

Bought this for my high level learners and they love it! I initially bought Cat Crimes and they liked it so much I had to purchase Dog Crimes. I love the logic and critical thinking, they love the animals and challenge!

    • Three D Logic Game
As a retired elementary school teacher, I like to find alternatives for my grandsons to their IPad videos and electronic games. A couple of years ago, I ordered Cat Crimes for the older one (now10) who loves cats. We played it a couple of times, but didn’t really get into it. This week the younger one (7) pulled it out. He loves animals. We worked on it together with me reading the cards & him placing the cats around the board. He really enjoyed it & begged me to order Dog Crimes ( he likes their 2 cats, but is more into dogs). So I did and it arrived the next day. Today both boys worked on a few cards in the Dog Crimes game & really enjoyed it. I did too as I was helping them. I think it works well with 2 people. One reads the card & the other places the animals. The game comes in a box about the size of a Kindle tablet. The characters are made of sturdy cardboard & are of a nice size. They have cardboard stands, so they stand up. The crimes are printed on round cardboard circles that you place on the playing board. I like logic games & the 3-D aspect makes this fun for kids. ... show more
