This drywall access panel is just what I was looking for. The size was perfect and helped hide some new plumbing we had to put in unexpectedly that was unattractive. This panel made it still easy to access and hide the ugly drains that were a bit disgusting to see. I appreciate that I can still lock this panel, as we will be renting out this property soon, and we surely don't want anyone to call out our plumbing that was repaired, as any concern to worry over since it's not an attractive part of the bathroom. I have been wanting to get behind our Tub shower to check for some leaks. This was perfect to make that hole. It is quite large and gives good access. The width is 14" fits perfectly between studs. The key is a nice extra. This is well built item worth getting.
