First of all check other end for other lid upon receiving. This lid, the one that has a little cap that screws down is the only one I like. I don't like the large rectangular straw extension in my mouth, plus even though it's HUGE, the underside is teeny and my pulverized fruit and Chia seeds clog it. So why did I give it 5 stars you ask? 1. Lid 2 with the little screw on cap is great for using a straw or sipping directly from it,a long wide straw from Wendy's or Quick Trip works wonderfully, and there's still room to screw on the lid with the straw inside if you don't feel like finishing it right then. 2. Ice cubes will still be in it 24 hours later. 3. Your smoothie with frozen fruit and pulverized ice cubes will stay frozen for at the very least 5 hours, very cold much, much longer. 4. Easy to clean 5. Fits in my car's cup holder 6.The only one besides Thermos flask 24 hrs(no longer can find them) that keeps ice 24 hours and keeps my smoothies FROZEN!!! I really wish that it was dishwasher safe like most of the competitor brands are, but it says hand wash all the parts only. Apart from that, it does a great job at keeping the water chilled in high temperatures outside. I had it in my car for a full day of running errands in the 95° weather, and after six or seven hours, the ice had melted inside, but the water was still very cold. I love this water bottle! It keeps my water cold and I still have plenty of ice left at the end of the day. I love the chug lid and have had zero leaks. The sipping straw lid feels awkward to me - it's huge and I feel it's not comfortable in the mouth. I bought a couple of extra chug lids to use, and will certainly get another color. I bought this to use with electrolyte powder or tablets. The typical tablet or single serve packages are for 16 oz. This leaves enough room to add some ice if needed. My sons and I use these and they’re great. Need to make sure the straw piece is totally closed or it leaks. But nothing like some of the other water bottles I’ve bought in the past this one is probably the best so far. Holds a lot of water and keeps it super cold with ice cubes all day.

This bottle is most definitely worth the money and just as good if not better than the hydroflask. I love the handle being big enough for two fingers because the 40 oz can be heavy with liquid. Stays cold. Purple color is pretty. Only wish is that the straw was easier to drink out of, have to suck pretty hard because small hole and wish the straw mouth piece would bend back more so the bottle doesn’t have to be directly under your face. I was using the camelbak Eddy and liked the water flow and ergonomics of it but it wasn’t easy to keep the mouth piece clean so for that I like this bottle more. ... show more

My boys got a set of these water bottles for Christmas a few year ago and they were amazing. We put iced coffee in them the night before school and they still have Ice in them when they bring them home the next day. They also don’t hold smells at all.
