I was pleasantly surprised with these. I have other types of base layers and they don't fit as great but I did read the reviews on these so I ordered up a size. I'm typically a small in everything and ordered a medium because I didn't want them to be tight especially the pants tight on my waist. For reference I'm 5'4, 130 lb, average build and a little bit of a tummy. I can't wait to wear these for skiing and replace my other base layers with them. They fit perfectly under my ski pants and actually made it easier for them to get on since my ski pants are little tight on my waist and these actually helped glide them on perfectly! Ordered black in size small. Super soft, feels wonderful. I am 5'3" tall and 105 lbs and it is a perfect fit. Length hits me at the ankle, not too short or too long at all. Sleeves hit me at the wrist perfectly. The perfect weight to wear under my clothing without looking bulky, yet still keeps me warm. It is stretchy so even if you are heavier than 105 lbs, (110-120) it should still fit you fine. I didn't want the fit to be too tight, but rather a bit looser for a relaxed fit, that is why I didn't order the XS. Still able to get my other clothing on top without a problem. ... show more

I ordered these for a trip to a colder climate as long underwear. Didn’t wear them. Them one night at home I was cold so just put them on to wear at home. LOVE THEM! So very soft! I bought two sets, one in blue, one in purple, both X-Large. I’m 5’4” and 145#. The purple set fit fine. The waistband on the blue bottoms was very loose, and they were literally falling down. I “pinched an inch” on both side seams ( the equivalent of about four inches taken in) and tacked the pinches by sewing a few stitches* to hold the “pinches”, which has made a huge difference in fit. I wanted a pair of long johns to wear to an outdoor event, and I got a top and bottom so soft and comfortable I want to put them on every day. Although the pants aren't as clingy as tights, they cling enough for me to wear under jeans and leggings. I like that they're not tights because they don't have a tight waistband the way tights do. There is nothing uncomfortable about this base layer. You could sleep in them, lounge in them, or wear them as a base layer. Today I'm wearing them under leggings and a short-sleeved polo, and I'm warm in my cold office. My husband loved his Thermajohns so much I decided to order the Thermajanes for myself. These are so nice and cozy. I wear Cuddl Duds, which I love, all the time but these are considerably warmer. Perfect for our holiday trip to the northern US. The older I get, the colder I get ;) and these will be my go-to wear under everything! I usually wear a size 10-12 pants and medium top. If you’re looking for some very soft, very cozy, full length thermal underwear, then these are the one for you. They are a close fit and have a mild fleece like lining on the inside. I’m pretty sure I’m going to buy two more sets in different colors. They are fabulous
