I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and if you're not familiar with the symptoms, cold intolerance is a big issue, especially for me. I don't have to worry about that with these thermal pants. It's a tight fit, soft and warm inside, and I love that the legs actually reach my ankles. I'm taller than average women (5'7) so I appreciate being able to cover my ankles too. There's actually extra material so I think even if you were a few inches taller it would still cover your ankles too. I find myself have to smosh the fabric to the ankles which leaves extra but keeps everything above smooth and unwrinkled lol. No pockets and it's a smooth black color as well. Love it!

These are so awesome to wear under any type of pants to keep warm. They are smooth and soft and do not look bulky under your jeans or scrub pants. I was surprised at how such thin material can help keep your legs so warm. Definitely buying a few more pairs for the winter.

I bought two pair of these long underwear to wear under my clothes in the cold weather. They fit snuggly to your body so they don't cause wrinkles under your clothing, they're soft, yet thin, and keep me warm. Unfortunately like most long underwear they could be about 2 to 4 in longer so they cover your ankles. Not sure why the manufacturers of long underwear think that we want them to stop above our ankles, and I'm only 5'3" and they stop at least 4 inches above my ankles, which allows cold air in. They wash up nicely, a machine washed normal, and dried on low heat. Also, the rise is high, allowing it to cover over your stomach and keep you fully covered and warm. for size reference I'm 5'3 and weight about 135 and the size small fit perfectly. The elastic in the waist is about 1 in high and is pretty stretchy.
