This product comes with a cable to charge it. It is entirely black. The battery has to be inserted. Unfortunately the bottom of the battery is coated with black goop. On the outside or the inside there is no opening to insert the cable. I am very disappointed in this product. If I can’t charge it, there is no long term use. I asked for technical help and they asked for a video. I refused as it would be a video of me fruitlessly searching inside and out for a spot to connect. I said the video would be useless and they said they couldn’t help me without it. I found a location on the battery to insert a cable by accident. It is on the side and completely covered by the outer fabric after insertion. The instruction manual shows the cable at the point where it would enter the fabric but. It doesn’t. I spent a long time manipulating the fabric but I couldn’t locate a point of insertion. There isn’t one, To charge the battery (and see the insertion point) it has to be taken out. Now able to charge the battery, I find that it only runs for two sessions and necessitates constant recharging. Because this device provides construction and vibration but no red light/infared, I would say that it needs to go back to the drawing board. In lieu of other tight fitting options, I am keeping it for the vibration and fabric but I don’t have a high opinion of it, especially at that price level. Beware this product! ... show more

I have had two of these sleeves. I returned both because 4/11 vibration nodes stopped working after less than a month. I have never washed it. I have never used it during vigorous activity. Only sitting or playing golf. The first sleeve I would peel inside out to take it off. I assumed that folding the sleeve might have damaged the wiring. When I got the second sleeve I always pulled it off from the wrist to ensure I never folded the wiring. After less than a month, the same nodes failed. The sleeve itself is the highest quality sleeve I have ever worn. The technology within the sleeve is unacceptably bad. If you think a sleeve is worth $150, this is the sleeve for you. If you want the vibrations, which I think helps a lot, you should wait until they improve their product. ... show more

I had high hopes for this compression sleeve, but unfortunately, it hasn’t helped me the way I expected, especially for the price. The sleeve itself works well when it’s running, but the battery only lasts about 10–15 minutes before it needs to be recharged. That makes it hard to use consistently. I’m not saying it’s a bad product, but it’s just not the right fit for me. I drive a city bus every day, and I really need something more powerful and reliable to support my circulation and help with the carpal tunnel symptoms I’m dealing with. ... show more
