I received this lipstick in my Ipsy bag and absolutely loved it. I was so excited to order a full size. Color matched perfectly and a little goes a long way. The only downside is that it tends to dry my lips out. However, it's a great lipstick and I always get compliments when I have it on.

I can say with ALL honesty that this is the best lipstick I’ve ever worn. “Committed” has been my signature color for the last 7 years. This lipstick applies very wet, but quickly dries down to the perfect matte with virtually no cracking or crumbling. The scent is very refreshing, a nice light vanilla mint. I never have to reapply this. As long as you let fully dry, it doesn’t transfer either. I always seal mine with a lip liner after I apply to define my lips, but that is usually the only thing that would transfer to a cup. If you’re wondering what the best liquid matte lipstick on the market is, you’ve found it. I’ve tried them all, too. I have this shade in almost every lipstick ever made, but I always return to this brand.

theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes is an amazing liquid lip color product. I love that it is buildable for bolder color, long-lasting and smudge-proof. The box and packaging arrived intact; but, unfortunately, the product inside was damaged and leaking when the product box was opened. I am not certain if the product was defective prior to shipping or damaged during shipment because it was sent in a plastic bag and not boxed securely with cushioning or bubble wrap. I wont be ordering this product or any type of makeup through Amazon again because it is non-returnable, non-refundable or exchangeable even when it arrives damaged.
