The hook and loop fasteners are brilliant! She can take it apart and put it together with very little help. This was the my granddaughters favorite present for her birthday. I thought it might be to plain with no pictures to color but that ended up being the best feature as there are no limits at all to her imagination.

The Velcro sticks to each other very nicely, it’s strong and not cheap Velcro. The board where you would draw on have a nice gloss to it almost like gloss cardboard? but not dry erase board material. The markers leave a lot of stain on skin so I would rather not use the markers that came with it and use another brand dry erase marker that don’t stain and spread fast on skin. This product is good and you could extended the house by buying another set and attaching it together.

Got this for granddaughters ages 3.5 and 1.5 years old. The three year old spent an hour quietly decorating and then cleaning the house. Easy assembly and storage. My son and his wife love it.

Love this playhouse. Endless fun with the house itself and love that it can be colored over and over again. I bought the attachment and use it as a yard around the front door or to make the playhouse taller. Great creativity for kids!
