Backyard inflatables are the key to summer but this one is off the charts FUN and well worth it. Easy to set up, hours of FUN, what more could you ask for.     • Cool unit but the product support for replacement parts is non-existent from Hasboro
Bought the $700.00+ unit. There are issues with the water sprinklers and they are broken and leak. Hasboro puts their name on it for marketing but won't deal with defects or issues. They pass you off to a Wow company and they don't respond. Hasboro is a mess. A simple fix by sending parts for the water feature could fix the issue, instead, I'm returning the unit today. This thing is pretty amazing. We got it for my 9 year olds bday party and all the kids (and some adults) went absolutely crazy over it. I was nervous initially because I didn’t want it to be some baby blow up, but it definitely was as big as I thought it would be. The blower was essentially silent. The only 2 drawbacks would be that set up the first time is definitely longer than 5 minutes because you have to run the hoses and drying it out completely for clean storage is essentially impossible. ... show more

    • Blower went out after one use
Bought this for a 4th of July party, plugged it in and set it up on the 3rd. It inflated quickly and was easy to set up the sprayers however they were numbered incorrectly. We unplugged it that afternoon and went to plug it back in on the 4th and nothing. The GFCI would trip and work but no power, plug was good power was good just the motor had gone bad after less than 15-20 Min of run time.
