The description states 14" in length (across bottom), however upon measuring the actual length the bag measures 10" length (across bottom). I'm disappointed. I will adjust my thinking and keep the bag. Mainly keeping it because of the style and quality of the leather. Comfort: Easy to carry, stays on the shoulder. This bag is beautiful. However, if you brush up against something, the color comes off and where its silver, it turns black. I've emailed the company several times after having this bag only several months and seeing what happens and I get NO response. Not even from their own portal!
