This NEW bag was very poorly packaged. It was smooshed inside a plastic bag and then stuffed inside a plastic mailer bag. Consequently, the handles are all wonky, but I'm hopeful that they straighten out. This bag is the perfect size and very roomy! Lovely medium blue color with a nice beige lining. I like this tooled look. Iā€™m using it as I write but two comments: It doesnā€™t look much like real leather, tho it is. I was bummed that a water bottle didnā€™t slide in on one of the sides. This is a user friendly mid sized handbag that is of excellent quality. It has lots of separate sections for papers, or whatever. I like the soft blue color and the stitching on the front. The Sac bags are one of my favorite brands.
