Love the color, softness and design of the purse. However, the zipper does get stuck in the open position, strap looks very cheap and the leather dangles unbraid and fall off in a week. 2 exterior zippers are brass look with silver zipper heads and other exterior zipper is navy nylon with silver zipper head. This isn’t my first Sak bag and I bought the same colors as my other one, just smaller. The leather bag part feels as soft and pretty as the big one I have but this strap is looks cheaper than a Walmart half plastic belt. Totally takes away from the quality look of this purse. I’ll still use it but I am also aware that it looks like a bag I probably bought from Kohls with my 30% off coupon. It doesn’t look like a high quality bag because of the strap. I still like it and will use it but that might matter to someone else. It doesn’t look like I paid $85 for it, but that’s also cheaper than the sak website, which also has reviews of people complaining about the cheap strap so this site is legit, it’s not them, it’s how the sak made the straps. I just bought my second purse like this. It fits everything I need to carry, has a cross body strap and the yellow color is beautiful. Love my light blue one too.
