Love the ring, no complaints. I lost the metal ring when I took it off outside during yardwork. I submitted a lost claim since they advertise free replacement for any reason, but so far ive been blown off for over 2 weeks with no reply. Will gladly change the review to 5 stars because the ring is awesome, but it will stay at 1 star until they honor their replacement policy.
