While the steps here are well known, and the authors are tried and true, the book breaks little new ground. Having said that, the ground it does break is useful for all of us who seem to have too much work in our day or days in our pay cycle. I'm not the type to sit down and read every single word inside of the book, that's not the most effective way to create success from reading. The most important ideas in this book are easy to pick out and implement as they are written in bold, and typically in the first sentence and last sentence of each paragraph. I loved reading the earlier edition and wanted to get a refresher and this is great. I am not completely finished with the new edition but it has already reminded me of a few that I tried earlier that worked. This is the type book you will refer to time and time again
