This is a super adorable mobile. The characters are cute, the colors are vibrant. It's easy to assemble. The music box is great. I love that I can turn it on, and it will stay on, rather than winding it up and having it quit playing just before my little one drifts off.

I just received my sons mobile and to my surprise it was not the “nautical” theme I was expecting. The item I ordered had sea creatures on it but the one I received is space themed. I am not disappointed because I actually think the space theme is cuter than the sea creatures, however it is misleading to other customers who believe they are going to get a mobile with sea creatures but get something different. The assembly wasn’t too difficult. This is the first mobile I’ve ever assembled so clearer instructions would’ve been appreciated for a first timer, but I was still able to put it all together in about 10mins. There are 12 different lullabies you can toggle through and a mute mode that allows the mobile to spin while silent. There are also two different colored sleeves to put over the arm of the mobile; blue and white. Being able to choose which sleeve color you want is a nice option. I really like the quality of the mobile. The planets are large enough to catch baby’s eye during awake time and the colors are vibrant! I honestly was expecting smaller, less detailed plushies on the mobile because, let’s face it, most companies cheap out, especially when it comes to baby products. Surprisingly, the material used to make the plushies are soft and feel rather expensive. The designers definitely didn’t cheap out when it came to making this mobile which is why I’d definitely order again. It would make a great gift for a baby shower. However, I’m only giving 4 stars because like I said it’s discouraging to expect to receive a certain item but get something different than what was pictured. ... show more

The directions are not only terrible, but they show directions for pieces of a completely different mobile. It's been a complete guessing game with the parts and for something that's hanging above your baby and can become a potential issues, not happy about it.

This musical mobile plays 12 different lullabies, which softly soothes baby to sleep. We tried this last night and it did the job. This morning I put baby in the crib just to keep him busy for a bit, and he enjoyed watching his new nautical friends swirling in around. This set comes with 2 whales, a dolphin, starfish, and octopus that you have to tie to the center of the mobile. Everything was easy to attach excluding the center crossbars which took more effort. You really need to line of the crossbar tabs inside and press really, really hard. This took me several tries to finally get it in place. The set also comes with two arm covers, one in light blue and there other in navy. It's nice to have a design option. The mobile does require two AA batteries that are not included and a small screw driver to unlock the musical box in order to put in the batteries. ... show more

This is a really cute mobile, and it was pretty simple to put together. The stuffed characters are soft and adorable. I decided to remove the rather large tags from them, as they were distracting for me. There are 12 different song selections to choose from at the touch of a button. I didn’t realize when I ordered this that it also has a light-up feature, so that was a nice unexpected bonus for us. This mobile does require two AA batteries, which are not included. It would have been nice if this were a rechargeable device with a remote control, but as is, it’s pretty cute and well-designed. We didn’t have any trouble attaching it to the crib, and it seems pretty sturdy and secure. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with it. ... show more
