Its design and material composition make it a perfect choice for those transitional months when the air begins to cool but hasn't yet reached the biting cold of winter. However, it's important to note that while it excels in cooler autumn temperatures, it may not provide adequate insulation against frigid conditions, making it less suitable as a standalone outer layer in very cold weather.

The color is beautiful, but it gets dirty so easy and the material is hard to get the dirt out of it. It’s very warm it’s very pretty, but it’s hard to keep clean, especially in the winter when you bump up against the car or different things.

Ordered as a gift and it looks really nice and dressy. Ordered the off white color and it was true to the pictures posted. The inside is lined with a super soft material.

Super cute! I purchased this for city use- not for hiking, backpacking, running, etc. In my opinion it does run small. I'm 5'6" and my measurements are 32/25/34. I almost always order an XS and sometimes an XXS. According to North Face's size chart that's an XS but based on reviews I read I ordered a SMALL and I'm glad I did. I wanted something fitted but with enough room that I could layer a sweater underneath. If you're trying to decide between sizes I would probably recommend sizing up. That said, I think the XS would probably still fit me and I think it might be the right size for some. I used to run and rock climb and was always looking for a fitted jacket that had warmth and durability but without bulk. For comfort and safety, I wanted things as slim fitting as possible and I think the sizing and cut of XS would have been perfect for those uses... too bad I didn't know about this jacket then! Oh, one last thing. Pockets! There are only two side pockets- they're lined with fleece which is a nice touch. But it's really too bad there isn't a sleeve pocket or chest pocket to stash valuables. The lack of pockets is my only con. Otherwise, no complaints.
