This backpack is easily the nicest backpack I've ever owned! I wanted something small but able to fit my laptop and a few books, this bag is the perfect size for that. I love the straps on the front to hold a sweatshirt or shoes when I travel. The cupholders are stretchy enough to fit a large 32 oz water bottle. It is very comfortable and padded on the straps and back. The only thing I don't like is the padded portion of the straps is kind of short, they are adjustable but it is just thin strap material below the armpits.

I initially bought this because I was looking for something I could use as a carry on when I fly, it’s the perfect size even for the strict airlines! I love the style and color, it seems to be pretty durable. The main pocket does fit a laptop in addition to pretty much everything I need for a quick weekend trip. It’s comfortable to wear and definitely worth the purchase. The outer elastic is really helpful if you roll up your hoodie or jacket and don’t want to carry it around. My only complaint is I wish the secondary pocket had a little more space, or if it went down the length of the backpack.

I am so glad I chose this backpack! The quality is exactly what you’d expect from The North Face—durable, functional, and comfortable. The fabric is thick and water-resistant, and the zippers feel super sturdy. I’ve been using it daily for work, weekend hikes, and travel, and it hasn’t let me down once. The padded back and shoulder straps make it incredibly comfortable, even when it’s fully loaded. I carry a laptop, notebooks, charger, water bottle, and a few other essentials, and there’s still room left over. The front bungee system is a bonus—I use it to secure a light jacket or yoga mat when I’m on the go. The color (a gorgeous dusty rose) is even prettier in person and sets it apart from the sea of black and gray bags. Plus, it’s gender-neutral and goes with everything! Very pretty and seems like it’s very durable. However, it is too small for my daughter who is going into 9th grade. Her school Chromebook is small 12” I think and it can only fit in the laptop Sleeve as long as we don’t put the protective shell case on and then it’s kind of pointless. Plus, I think we couldn’t even put all of her supplies in it and she will use it as her locker throughpit the school day so she needs room for 3-4 text books, notebooks, pencils etc. this is better suited size wise for elementary kids.
