I love this style of snow pants - much better than the ones I used growing up that were always so bulky. These are thin yet very well insulated/warm at the same time. The boot cut at the bottom leaves plenty of room for ski boots and I like the high waste as well. I got the green color which is gorgeous. They are a bit on the pricey side but everything else I've gotten from North Face has lasted me forever so it's worth it.

Ordered as a birthday gift for my grand daughter so can't inspect myself. Report from my grand daughter (aged 15) is that the product is very high quality and completely satisfies her requirement. I even got a 'thank you grandad' letter - so it must be good!

Very good quality ski pants. I recommend them. I wore them for the first time skiing in PA last week. Temp was in low to mid 30s. Nice and comfortable all around. I was happy with them. Good pockets. Loved the cargo pocket. The fit: The medium regular worked well for me but about two inches too long with ski boots on, and a looser fit in the legs but decent looking and much more flattering than other pants I tried. I’m 5’4, about 130 lbs., smaller in the waist and larger in hips, booty and thighs. The waist on the mediums is very large but there are built-in Velcro loops on the sides which worked well to tighten the waist. There are also belt loops. Medium short would prob work best but they were sold out everywhere by early Feb. I think the small would be tight in the hips and short in the torso for me, but better in length and waist.

I’m 5’3” and 130 lbs with a somewhat athletic build. I originally went against the size chart and bought a medium because for whatever reason I often have to size up in pants (ex: according to billabong’s size chart I’m a small, but couldn’t even get size small snowboarding pants over my thighs). I SWAM in the mediums, returned for a small, and they are perfect. I guess I should have listened to the size chart this time lol. Lots of room in the thighs, good amount of stretch, and I love the Velcro tabs on the waist to make it tighter without a belt. Somewhat low waisted but not uncomfortable. Went with the regular length, I think short would have worked too, but I wanted to make sure they’d fit over my boots without riding up. I’m excited to wear them on the mountain :)

These arrived well package, on time, and with a thoughtful note. The Blue Wing Teal color was a beautiful, deep blue/teal color. If you have a deck of color swatch cards around, Id say its just a smidge lighter than Benjamin Moores "Hudson Bay", or Behrs Marquee collection "infinite deep sea". This just based on the lighting in my house, so allow for a little error. Unfortunately, I ordered them too big and new size would not arrive in time for trip. I ordered the large to account for several layers (I get cold easily, I really bundle), but I think a medium might have fit. For reference, I'm including approximate measurements of the Large, measured flat. Waist: 18in fully extended but has velcro tabs you can cinch maybe another 2-3 inches. For me, I have small hips/butt, this made it just bunch up on bottom. Hips: across bottom of rise: 24in. (remember they are insulated so might be a little less than that. Rise : 10.5in.
