Very disappointed with quality it feels like a Marshalls hoodie that you could get for 20~30$ bucks at most. Not worth it probably going to return it. Zipper is weak and the strings are going to get messed up in first wash because they are cheaply made. Regret buying it. Your paying for the name on it.

This hoodie is an exceedingly basic zip-up hoodie with a small screenprinted North Face logo on the left chest, a drawstring hood, and a black YKK zipper. When I say there are zero bells and whistles to it I mean none, zip (no pun), nada. Personally I like my hoodies to have a little flair, be it thumb holes in the sleeves, unique strings in the hood, etc. But whatever, for some people plain is a plus. The inside is super cozy fleece. I'd say it's maybe mid-weight, not super light but not overly heavy either. It fits about as expected, maybe runs a smidge big. The tag mentions the fabric is recycled polyester and "Climate Conscious Cotton from US farmers using farming practices that help build soil carbon" so maybe that's why it costs what it does. According to the tag it's made in Guatemala. I give the hoodie itself 5 stars, it's comfy, fits well, and if my other North Face hoodies and fleeces are any indication it should keep me warm for many, many years. I'm giving it 4 stars overall due to the price. I don't have an issue with paying a premium for a known and trusted brand but it's a lot to ask for what it is which is a basic hoodie with a small logo stamped on. If "Climate Conscious Cotton," brand names, and fleecy goodness are meaningful to you when it comes to hoodies then I'm sure you'll be happy with this.

As someone who’s always on the hunt for clothing that actually does what it promises, I have to say the THE NORTH FACE Men’s Evolution Half Dome Full Zip Hoodie is a standout. My daughter, who has a strong preference for clothing that fits on the looser side (the girl may love comfort even more than I do!), was thrilled when we sized up on this hoodie. The result: she got that relaxed, cozy fit she likes, and honestly, it looked like she was wrapped up in a cloud made out of the softest cotton-poly blend. You can see from the photo how oversized and comfy it drapes on her, sleeves almost to her fingertips and all—it's a great look for anyone who likes room to move. Curiosity (and a little bit of envy, I'll admit) got the better of me, so I tried it on myself. I’m genuinely impressed by how warm this sweatshirt is. The full zip makes it versatile enough for whatever Michigan’s changeable weather throws at us, and the two-piece hood with adjustable drawcord means you can really snuggle down in if the wind picks up (which, let’s face it, happens more than any weather app lets on). The ribbing on the cuffs and hem seems pretty sturdy, which is a relief—our hoodies tend to get a workout, whether it’s on school runs or casual weekend outings. What I really appreciate are the thoughtful touches that set it apart from the average hoodie. I ordered The North Face Men's Evolution Half Dome Full Zip Hoodie in black. I wanted a casual full-zip hoodie in a neutral color for the upcoming Fall season. I live in the South, so it will be suitable for part of the winter, as well. I consider it to be a medium-weight hoodie that is thick enough to keep me warm on cooler days. It’s one of the most comfortable hoodies I’ve owned. The fit is just what I expected from a men's large. The high-quality full-length zipper works smoothly every time. I love that I can wear it open like a jacket or zip it up when it’s cold. The 67% cotton 33% polyester fabric is super soft on the inside with a smooth finish on the outside. The ribbed cuffs and hem hold their shape without stretching out. The hoodie washes well with no shrinking and no fading of the vibrant black dye. It is to be washed inside out in cold water and tumble dried on low heat. The North Face logo on the chest is subtle, which I prefer over large flashy logos. The North Face is known for their quality clothing and the price reflects their popularity. It’s more expensive than a regular hoodie, but the comfort and quality make it worth it.

This is such a comfortable hoodie, I love it! I originally got it for my husband, but he wasn't that much into it because of its color. We have a dog that sheds a lot, so black is definitely hard to keep hairless. I on the other hand don't care because of how comfortable and warm it is. I work from home, so it is perfect for the winter times. The zipper quality is great! It feels like it won't break that easily. We know that The North Face gives us quality products because we already own a couple of pieces, and they have kept their quality throughout the years. If you're looking for a warm hoodie that will last you a long time, this is a great option!
