The color is very unique, not quite pink, but not quite purple, somewhere in the middle. The XL was a great fit for my son's 6' lanky build, with an oversized/loose fit. Body and arm length are perfect. Washes well with little to no fading of color.

For a company that prides itself on “fine” alpine equipment, this hoodie’s is certainly on the cheap side. I have many North Face garments ranging from ski jackets snow pants, and winter hats to t shirts and hoodies, outer shells. I’m generally happy with the quality. But this hoodie, of which I own three of from various different seasons, is one I’m not happy with. It’s what I would definitely categorize as lightweight material. It’s very thin for a sweatshirt and because of that, it’s usually not enough to keep you warm. On top of that, the sleeve cuffs don’t have enough elastic in them and they stretch out very fast and and get all loose on my wrists. I can’t stand the feeling loose cuffs. TNF needs to make these much better before I buy them again at these prices ... show more
