Received a product with defective stitching or materials. The Grey liner in the inside can be pulled out of the stitching with very little force on both the bottom and the top. I like the design and most of the build quality seems good so I'll be returning/replacing it after my trip to try my luck again. I really liked the look and size of this backpack — it was exactly what I needed. But after just a month of light use, a small hole developed at the bottom.
