My boys are 8 and 5. They've both watched the Netflix series and my 8 year old has read the books. My 8 year old asked for this for Christmas. It has been an amazing game. Up to 4 players, and if just one or both wants to play or switch their characters, it's all possible on the same saved game. This is a life saver because my 5 year old likes to be all the characters and would meltdown if he couldnt play all of them. Also, the gameplay is set up so that it tells you where to go next. Which means the kids aren't always asking us what to do next and getting frustrated. And it's enough fighting to make the game feel totally awesome to them. They make sound effects themselves as they are fighting zombies to go along with the game sound effects. I give 5 stars to any game that doesn't have my boys yelling at each other and fighting...usually ending in tears. This was an amazing buy!!! Absolutely worth it! ... show more

    • Great game but not the best for beginners
Overall it’s a great game with simple game play. I got it for my daughter (6) who is new to the switch and video games in general and she likes it but it’s hard for her so she will have to get more practice in before she can enjoy it fully.
