I hate having to return this item. I have broad shoulders so ordered a medium. I’m usually between small-medium (34B, 5’6”, 135 lbs), and I always order up. I thought about keeping it to tailor, but I don’t like the color. I got it in black, and it fits great at the shoulders, and I love the long sleeves. I just realized that black wasn’t the style I wanted in the end, and it looked much baggier at the waist. It just didn’t work. I’d exchange for a small in another color, but the sale expired, and I don’t think it’s worth full price. I also suspect the small will be snug at the top, and I hate that. Not worthy of the social media hype. Fabric was thin and wrinkled easily. Very oversized so do not order up. Found a blazer of better quality or much less at a big box store (even w/ Amazon day pricing). Packaged well! Returning was a nightmare. Directions changed three times in two days.

According to the size chart I should be a Medium, however it's a whole size too big. It fits like a large. Will have to get it fitted so I can wear it.

Even though I returned it, I thought the quality was good. Beyond my expectations and good value. However, the jacket does run big and long. I am 5'3", usually a size small and the jacket in (S) was big and way too long.

This light-weight tan jacket fits nicely on the shoulders - I have broad shoulders, 5'4" and 140 lbs and purchased a small and normally wear a Medium. I am a true Medium but unfortunately this blazer ran big on me. Too loose in the sides and wide in the shoulders. Very stretchy and the white was not sheer which I loved. May order in a small because I thought the quality was great.
