I normally don't write Amazon reviews, but since I did so much research on chains prior to buying this, I hope you can benefit from my time. I bought the 1mm solid round wheat chain in 20 inches to replace a very thin chain that came from the store with my cross. I wanted something dainty but sturdy. This is both. The round wheat weave allows for my pendant to slide freely. The lobster clasp keeps it secure. And I really liked the connection between the clasp and the chain. Most other supplies just solder it and it becomes a weak point. The chain is not too sparkly (I didn't want something too flashy with a diamond cut) but it's not dull either. Just right. A bit more expensive (maybe 10%) than others I saw, but I wanted a solid chain with lobster clasp and wheat weave. This fit the bill and was a great value. It will last and keep my pendant safe. I'm super happy with it and I recommend this seller.

This tiny clasp is very hard to close and unfortunately results in the necklace falling off! If you add a charm on it, you are likely to lose it without even realizing the clasp has let loose! Not a smart choice!

This wheat chain is a nice looking chain and I feel it is sturdy. You do need to make sure any pendant you want to put on it will fit as it has a wide end piece. I finally wore it in September 2022 as I received a pendant for it for my Birthday. I wore it 10 days in a row as I want it to be my everyday necklace. I did not sleep in it, not a jewelry sleeper. However, in the 10 days I wore it, it chewed the heck out of my hair. On both sides of my scalp ( underneath) it took most of my length off by twisting around my hair so severely that it just broke it off. I attached a picture, as you see, I have long hair, but those two spots are now very short. This really makes me sad as jewelry is expensive and I am well past return date as I bought it to replace a different chain but ended up not having to. So then received my pendant from my husband, which I love, I was so excited cause I had the chain. Again, it’s a nice chain, just beware if you have long hair.
