Roger Glenwood did a great job at creating what I find to be a quick guide to recognizing and dealing with the vast topic of dark psychology. I want to emphasize the usefulness and ease of understanding of the emotional manipulation sections. Once exposed to this information I was shocked to release my greatest weakness is letting people walk all over me in life! This book armed me with the information to protect myself against those who try to take advantage. And of course recognize sincerity. Though there is information, the text doesn’t focus around in-depth analysis or examples but rather the author’s general opinions and field consensus on what is meant by certain labels. There are no case studies. I could get more meaning from a podcast of shrinks discussing case studies and comparing it to unnamed cases or examples they have come across.
