Have you tried to shop for a 13-year old girl who is as tall as her mother but weighs less than 90lb? Let me tell you of the trials! My daughter needed solid black pants for a theatre performance and I struggled. They couldn't be sweatpants, leggings, jeans, or faded. Thank goodness I found these and though they were a little loose in the waist they didn't fall down. Win! They looked great on and now I'll be ordering these pants in every color. 😆

I like The Children's Place brand clothing because of the adjustable waist. My oldest daughter is tall and skinny, so the adjustable waist really helps her clothes to fit better. I got the 2-pack skinny chinos in khaki on sale. They are the proper length and don't show the ankle at all like her other pants did. I did go with a size 10 slim so the pants fit better in the legs as well, not too baggy. My daughter tried them on and said they are comfortable. She couldn't wait to wear them to school.
