    • A line of very good airbrush paints.
First off, this starter set is a very good deal for what you pay. You get a bottle of airbrush thinner, a bottle of grey primer and twelve paints. I bought this set to give these paints a try and I am very happy with the results. The flow on these paints is excellent. I found I didn't even need the thinner, but that I could add it to get a consistency that I desired for what I was working with. Coverage is very good as well. When it came time to clean the airbrush that was a breeze. They offer what they call a triad which is a set of three colors a base, a shadow and a highlight which makes it very easy to pick up the paints you need to get your desired results. My great kids bought their old dad an airbrush for painting table top miniatures, so I figured I'd better get some paints to make it work! This small set of high quality Army Painter airbrush paints is ideal for learning the airbrush technique without costing too much. It’s a nice mix of Army Painter airbrush paints in a range of mid tones. The larger bottle of medium and primer is handy, as those are both going to be used quite a bit. A good price, came in a decent package with a painting guide, over all a decent value.

best hobby paints i have found i have tried many others from apple barrel , citadel ect i find the best results with Vallejo paints wether its a regular brush or air brushing

    • Very good paints!
I love this set, wish the bottles were bigger but I can always buy more. The paint is very nice and vibrant. Not washed out at all. I like that it comes with the primer and the thinner as well. If you're just starting out like me I would recommend this.

I bought a air brush kit and of course needed paints. This is a good starter set. I prefer black primer so I bought that separate. However, grey is just fine. So far I have used mostly steel to paint some metal parts. I'm still working on my aim so I haven't had much chance to try the rest.
