I have these on auto ship to keep my house stocked with healthy snacks. When I say healthy, I mean I research ingredients, okay, y'all?! I'm very picky when it comes to the food which comes into my house and body. I love these because they don't have any hidden ingredients - the sweetness comes from the fruit itself, not added sugar. Awesome when you are craving something sweet, but an apple or a banana just isn't doing it. No guilt in grabbing one of these. Also great for on the go, airplanes, and road trips. My favorite combo is the dark cherry (I hate cherry FLAVORING, but this is the real one), a small piece of frozen dark chocolate, and a hot cup of coffee. YUM! no guilt!

Looking for a healthy, chewy snack? You got it! You won't feel bad about eating these bars because of the good ingredients. How do they taste? Better than medicine but not delectable.

These are an acquired taste, especially in terms of texture. But they're healthy and hold up well over time. They're basically a dried paste of blueberries and apple. That's it for ingredients. Some people might be turned off by that. It's a plus for me because if you throw them into a pocket or pack, even if it gets crushed repeatedly, it's still the same. It doesn't break into crumbs or melt. I read other reviews that mentioned they received out of date bars. Mine were all good. They do stick to your teeth though. Recommend having with water.
