These sheets are very thick and I assumed over time they would soften. They are still very stiff and have not really softened. My bigger issue is that the dimensions of the sheets do not fit my king bed properly. The bottom sheet takes two of us to pull it into place on the last two corners and we can never get it completely in place. The corners do not line up to the king bed. The top sheet does not leave any overhang on the sides to tuck in. The top sheet is vertically long enough but not horizontally. It barely cover the top of bed, I would suggest finding a different sheet set for the money. I purchased thinking American made would be great but they are the worst sheet set I have ever seen. By the way I have a normal size king bed , not deep pockets or anything like that. ... show more

The sheets we ordered were up there in price and we expected for them to be very comfortable for the price. They didn’t live up to what we thought but they’re still decent. They’re not quite as breathable as we had hoped but hopefully over the life of them and the more we wash them they’ll get better. ... show more
