I bought these Teva Universal Trail to replace my 1992 Terra Fi’s. Nothing wrong with the Fi’s, but I wanted a change of scenery. My main usage is for boating at the lake. The Vibram sole is required for safety. Imagine stepping on a pointy branch, or a piece of glass hiding below the water! A deep wound packed with mud can make for a really bad day. These sandals have a strong sole and also a soft surface with arch support that is held in place in the X, Y, and Z direction. The straps are lined with neoprene and will dry quickly.

I have had a pair of Teva sandals for many years. I wore them so much that the velcro on the straps finally wore out. These new Tevas are every bit as good as my old ones. They fit very well, are very comfortable, and I am so happy with them. I take them off only to go to bed at night. The seller, Outland USA in Nashville, TN shipped the Tevas very quickly and efficiently. No one could have done better!

They are easy on and off, not fiddly with multiple straps. They have some cushion and support. They pack small.

Very comfortable around the straps, cute colors. I don't like the texture underfoot. Update - 1 month later and 2 wears. They are coming apart. The black layer underfoot is coming away from the White cushy layer. Very disappointing since I am past the return period. They have gotten wet once and muddy once. Ridiculous.
