This mirror works great, but it’s not very easy to install. I had watched some YouTube videos on installing this style of mirror and from what I saw, most of them have a hook mounting system. This one does not have the hook system where you put the hooks on the studs and then hang the mirror, this one has the kind where you have to get four screws in the exact right position so the line up with the holes on the back of the mirror. Luckily my wife is good at measuring, and we got it right the first time! Seems like it could be a little brighter too, but overall it looks fabulous and gives our bathroom a higher end look.

This mirror looked great and we were really pleased with it. Had a very good contractor install it when they did the electrical work for the rest of a large renovation. Five months in and the light does not work. The anti-fog feature works but no light no matter what you try. We’re stuck with an expensive mirror that looks terrible since it’s obvious it doesn’t function properly anymore with a light that won’t come on. Do not buy this. You will regret it. Update: seller was very proactive in trying to get this resolved and has offered a refund or replacement.

I mistakenly saw the word “dimmable” and assumed I could change the light from warm to cool. The mirror does dim but only shines in cool tone light.

I'm relatively happy with the mirror. My issue is I ordered 2 in mid November and 1 was del ivered in 3 days and it took over 9 weeks and 3 reorders to get the second one even though on the web site it said they were in stock for immediate delivery. I had several conversations with Amazon support and after the 3rd reorder, I got the product. It was for a bathroom remodel and it cost me twice the price of the mirror to have my contractor come back and install after everything else was completed. I will not do business with TETOTE Company again and I strongly advise anyone considering their products to be very careful.

Mirror is beautiful and the light and anti steam function is great. You can easily change the brightness but it does only come with one light color. Also be prepared to wire the plug yourself with very little instruction. Wasn’t very hard to do but I did have to look up and watch a video how to do it.

Love it. It’s shipped well, beautiful, bright or dim, controls are just ok my only faults are 1 the plug comes uninstalled. 2 the electrical plug that’s give. Doesn’t fit (even a recessed outlet) it needed to be sawed in half. 3 it uses just holes for mounting. So it’s tricky to install.

The packaging arrived very secure and I was very impressed. This was our second mirror (first mirror was purchased from another seller and it was packaged very poorly). We were completing a guest bathroom remodel and decided instead of getting a new lighting fixture and a mirror, we would opt for a lighted mirror. We re routed the electrical behind the wall to align well with the mirror. There is plenty of cable to allow for a hard wired option. Based on where the previous lighting was, we had to move our electrical prior to back splashing the wall but depending on your installation location, you may be fine. The mirror will require two people for installation. The slots for final install will be very tight and triple check your measurements before final screw install. Our only complaint is the mirror is not very bright. Luckily we have a ceiling light in the bathroom to provide a brighter atmosphere. If this will be the only light in your bathroom, I strongly encourage you to think twice.
