Description

Look and feel the pain relief every day with our Graduated Compression Legwear by Terramed - the most innovative compression hosiery available on the market. The unique design and premium quality material provides an unbeatable combination of comfort, affordability, and therapeutic effectiveness. Our Terramed Compression Stockings hose assist your heart in circulating the flow of blood and oxygen throughout your body, giving your legs and veins healthy support for pain relief. How Do They Work? The lack of movements, circulation problems or weakness in the walls of the veins of the legs can impede the blood flow, which results in leg swelling, achiness, and leg fatigue. Our compression stockings help blood move from the veins back to the heart by squeezing the leg tissues and walls of the veins, thus, reducing the swelling tissue. Enjoy the Benefits:✓ Improve comfort in anyone sitting or standing for long periods ✓ Improve your blood flow, lessen pain and swelling in your legs, ✓ Lower your chances of getting deep vein thrombosis (DVT) ✓ Prevents the Economy Class Syndrome (ECS) which occurs on a long flightWho can benefit?✓ Athletes ✓ Pregnant women ✓ People who stand all day at work ✓ People who spend long stretches of time on airplanes ✓ People with or at risk for circulation problems, like DVT, varicose veins, or diabetes ✓ People who've just gotten surgery, are bed-ridden, or have a hard time moving their legsWhat Are You Waiting For? • Wonderful leggings!
Color: Black Size: Small
Though I don't get any swelling I usually get a lot of pain in my legs when I am standing for longs periods of time, even though I'm relatively young. I have tried compression socks but they don't cut it. These compression leggings have been a game changer for me and I can continue longer when I have them on. I bought them specially because I was about to go on a two week trip and I was afraid of what it was going to be like without any support during some of the tours that included quite a bit of trekking and standing, or the days that meant also too little movement spent in buses/trains. Again, these leggings were GREAT! Very comfortable, they always stayed in place. Unlike other reviewers, I would not suggest wearing them by themselves. It might be a thing of personal taste: it has a mesh pattern I could notice and it can also be a little see through (I imagine this probably depends also on the wearer's figure), which all in all I would not like. Instead, I wore them under jeans or hiking pants during the trip and now I intend to wear them under work pants. They do look good enough though for them to peek out through the cut outs on some of my jeans. Following the suggestions from other reviewers, I hand wash them. I have done so after every use. During the trip I would wash them while I was in the shower using a local laundry soap bar and by morning time they were always dry and ready to go again. These leggings are great and will make you feel so good. I am highly inclined to get a second pair. PS: I forgot to mention that these rise high up to the waist, so whenever I wear them with jeans or pants I make sure I wear them with a tank and/or dress shirt tucked in so they don't show. It would look even worse than panties showing above pants in my opinion. ... show more

  • Love the material.
Color: Black Size: X-Large
I gave this four stars only because the waist rolls down a lot. I found out that wearing cotton panties keeps them from rolling down so bad. I love the material it’s made of because it’s not thin like pantyhose’s are. I haven’t had any problems with snagging or anything yet. They are really tight at the ankles at first and they take a long time to put on but I’m satisfied with it. It seems to do what it’s supposed to do. I’m thinking about buying another pair soon. ... show more

  • too short for 5’0 petites
Color: Black Size: Medium
I am 5’0, 130lbs and ordered a medium. The leggings were too short. The compression was good, and didn’t feel too tight around my ankles. But, in order to have the leggings come down to the appropriate place on my ankles, the crotch had to sag. When I pulled the crotch up to a comfortable level, the leggings fit like 7/8 length (maybe shorter) and would not stay up. The waist was comfortable, and not too tight. I can’t stand anything tight on my waist, but these were tolerable. They felt durable in thickness and stitching, but unfortunately I couldn’t keep them on longer than an hour because they drove me crazy with me constantly pulling down the bottoms of the leggings and then fighting to pull the crotch back up. I even tried putting jeans on over top and it didn’t help. The tops of the leggings are very see through so they can’t be worn alone. The compression parts were about normal legging transparency- not very see through unless stretched tight and held in good lighting. I’m disappointed in the fit and will be returning. I was optimistic that other reviews said they ran short, because normally leggings and stockings are too long for me- but these were dramatically short. ... show more

  • Love the feel of these leggings
I really like the feel of these leggings. I really wish they had other colors. I'd love to see a blue, pink, red, white, teal. Since I'm supposed to wear them every day, it would be nice to be somewhat fashionable..... The fit is perfect, but I think I'd buy the next smaller size if they're supposed to be truly compression. ... show more

  • If you are looking for a quality compression legging, this is the one
I am 1 week into recovering from vericose vein surgery, and it was VERY invasive, lots of incisions and bruising. The incisions went from my ankle to my groin, so I knew I couldn’t wear any kind of stocking, even the thigh high ones. I came across these leggings and thought, this is exactly what I need, I hope the picture matches what I get in the mail. I read all the reviews, some about fit- too tight at ankles, too loose at top, had me a bit worried. Arrived yesterday, and I put my foot in, and they were really tight at the ankles. But then again, so we’re my old compression socks. As I pulled them up, they were like pulling up pantyhose, very easy. The top wasn’t super tight, but just the right amount. They are absolutely fantastic, I am so happy I am buying a second pair right now. I see some customers wore them as actual leggings, which you can, only the top area is sheer enough to see your underwear. And I can’t stress enough about using the sizing chart! I wear a large in clothing, a 10/12 in pants and I thought I would order a large. Luckily I read the size chart and based on height and weight my size was an XXL. Perfect fit👍 *I am updating my review. Still great fit in the legs, however, I now see what the other reviews were talking about regarding the how loose the panty part is. While wearing sweatpants, they definitely slid down constantly. I wore my skinny jeans next, and they fit much better. Wearing anything other than tight pants, they will absolutely slide down. When I pull the top up all the way, it ends up under my bra line. So the compression is great if you wear tight pants.👍 ... show more

  • These are Maternity compression leggings not the ones in photos
I thought I was getting regular compression leggings. After opening and trying them on the top was very hug. I tightened the waist as the instructions said. And there's this huge extra fabric so they fall back down. I read the label again and these are MATERNITY compression leggings. So the fit is good on legs but I have to fold then fold again . It goes up past my chest. Would not buy again. ... show more

  • Very uncomfortable material, too long
I tried these on as soon as I received them. Firstly I’m a big girl so it is a bit difficult to put any tight “stockings” on. I also have severe back issues, I can’t bend as I used to, and had 7 foot surgeries with hardware; so I can’t have compression anything on my foot, hence the footless leggings, These are thick as any compression stocking would/should be, but because they’re leggings, you have twice the work to get them all the way up. It was challenging to get them smooth behind my knees and up the thighs, which I understand that’s also a “gimme” but I managed. Once I got them where they needed to be and smoothed out, I still had too much length left by my ankles, so that they’d wrap under my heel (no, they were pulled up correctly , I’m just short legged but a larger size-ordered an XXL). Leggings are of a very thick material (not a very soft microfiber for sure) which has the feel of “nylon hosiery” stocking but much thicker. They stretch well enough to put on with just enough tension so it’s not extremely hard (it’s supposed to be difficult to put compression stockings on, or there wouldn’t be any compression afterwards, you’r you’d just be wearing leggings). They are not sheer, so that’s good coverage, and your fingers won’t risk yo go through it and put a hole in them. All these are a plus. It feels okay on lower part of legs but on upper inner thighs, they are extremely itchy and make swooshing sound when you walk (if you’re a larger size girl with big thighs, you know exactly how that feels). Now, I could get past all that, except I would need to walk in public making the swooshing sound, and that’s very uncomfortable. Also, once you pull them down, it’s a pain to get them off your feet. I can only imagine if I needed to go to the bathroom at work or in public places: it’ll take “an act of God” to get them back as they were. These are going back. I was hoping they’re be less uncomfortable and definitely shorter, more like a capri, so that’s what I’ll be looking for in place of these I imagine if you’re not getting the largest size due to your own size, smaller ones may be less uncomfortable. These aren’t a keeper for me, though, as far as the compression 20-30 part is probably spot on. PS: no the smaller size would’ve not been shorter, just tighter to put on, more likely never making it past my knees. ... show more
