Worked great on my John Deere. With out them I got stuck all the time and with them I kept moving the whole time. Great price and easy to install. Would defiantly buy them again.

These things are pretty good. I got a new blacktop driveway and didn't want to scratch it up with chains. These go on easy and stay on which is a big deal to me. We've had a couple of big snows and no problems so far. I think they're a little pricey, but what isn't.

Works great on my Husqvarna TS354D riding lawn tractor. Adds serious traction on our hill, in dirt, pebbles, etc. With this plus the TS354D's lockable rear diff I'm unstoppable. Doesn't damage the grass. Good in snow too. Very bumpy on pavement though. A bit of a pain to get them on "right" but then they stay on. Make sure you have them tight enough and use cable ties to prevent unlatching. ... show more

    • Traction is better with the bare tire
Terraking Snow Straps did not perform at all on my John Deere tractor with a snow thrower. I’ve gone through four different snowfalls now. With my old chains, traction wasn’t perfect, but at least I could get up my driveway and ramp without the tires spinning nonstop. With these straps, I had almost zero grip. It didn’t matter whether the snow was slush or powder, the rear end just slipped sideways while I was trying to work. This tractor isn’t light either. Between me at 260 lbs and around 90 lbs of suitcase weights, there’s plenty of weight on the tires, yet the straps still couldn’t bite. They also feel loose, even after tightening beyond the recommended three links. They simply don’t lock into the tread the way proper chains should. If snow traction is what you’re buying these for, they failed that job completely in my experience. Not worth the money ... show more
