These are really high quality locs! Sure enough there are 60 strands (I counted them all). I like how they bind up 10 each so it was easier to count. The length and thickness is perfect. Soft real human hair. Recommend!

I like thick locs like these. They feel soft with a sort of braided textured. With 60 strands i can make a whole look. Crochet needle included.

These are pliable, not stiff. Very minimal shedding, if at all. I really had to create friction on the strands to see any shedding at all, which was barely anything. I just like to test for quality that way, because some poor quality ones will drop damaged broken hairs everywhere.
