Excellent for walking in chicken pen! Durable and long lasting, I liked them so much I bought them again after 2 1/2 years of daily use. We keep these on the porch, as the small tread does collect small amounts of grime. So I don't recommend going from muck to house without at least hosing them off. You might want to have a boot scrubby brush for quick cleaning. These do have a flimsy removable insole. Two complaints.......these are too thin to use to push a shovel into the dirt or try to push a pronged portable fence (Premier) post into the ground. It's a little uncomfortable walking on a bed of gravel. These are not walking shoes, there is no support. However, I have problem feet and these are comfy for hours of basic yard work. Some of my tennis shoes with support I can't say are comfortable for hours of wear in the yard. Some if you are working in dirt or mud these are good. I would not say these are appropriate for snow. The grip is shallow and material is neoprene which I would not think to be helpful with cold. The shoe is mostly waterproof while wearing. Just don't leave them in the rain. Water on the inside wears damp. But it can handle rain and a hose from the outside very well. After daily use my husband had to replace his shoe after 2 1/2 years. The point of failure was a little bit of stretch and tearing at the tab that you hold your pull the shoe on. However he could have worn them for much longer without them losing function. Mine have a slight stretch around the ankle but it is just as comfortable as when I first wore them. Also, my feet are wide. The shoes are very comfortable but I can't wear socks, there isn't enough room. My husband has average width and he likes to wear socks with them. Super quick to put on and take off to do work in the yard or in the chicken pen. These fit well and are thoughtful in design.

I walk yards all day and these shoes are really comfortable for all day everyday. So many times shoe's similar to these are good for one things not other things...these are a great all around walking and for wet conditions.

I purchased a pair of these TENGTA unisex waterproof boots for myself a while back and these ankle rain boots are very nice, comfortable and very well made!! I was able to walk in the snow and on the ice without my feet getting cold or slipping, mind you I was wearing thick socks, but in any case it worked for me. I recently ordered a pair of these for one of my grandkids but they were too small so I'll probably reorder in the future. Thank you š

Well, it took me going through three competitors pairs to finally land on a waterproof shoe that is perfect to throw on quickly and easily to walk the dog in wet conditions. The others didn't have enough support and my foot either slid sideways inside the shoe or the outside walls just gave way and my whole foot slipped to the side including the shoe, just dangerous in slippery, wet lawn, uneven ground conditions. This water shoe has the sole come up the sides a bit which provides much more support and grip, much more steady underfoot, overall very pleased. EZ on off, which is very important because these shoes are constantly full of mud from walking the dog in the wet fields. Also, a plus is the insole padding is better than I thought it would be, very comfortable for walking on soft grassy, dirt surfaces. I've only had them a few weeks, I may throw in my own insole of higher quality, but as of now I don't need it. Very easy to rinse off with the hose. I wish the price wasn't 40 plus dollars, but I finally found one that's worth wearing so I'm grateful.

This is my second pair. Bought them initially to work in the yard with. I added orthotic insoles ( which would be an improvement). Butā¦ the orthotic inserts I bought on Amazon also, has made these - especially the new pair my most comfortable shoes I own. After receiving them - ( the black pair), I thought to myself; āHey,- these are nice enough looking to wear out to dinner as nice casual shoes vs working in the yard.ā I actually got several comments on how nice they were. The first pair I got a few months ago was a little tight on top of the left toe and rubbed a bit, but after putting different orthotic inserts in that pair too, it helped resolve that problem. If they had these in other colors like ātaupeā,Navy or brown, Iād order them too! I only see the black and olive with the cameo base soles. I only saw these 2 colors and both with a cameo themed sole at the bottom? Nice too if they had solid or monochromatic color choices too. Donāt want folks here in P-cola thinking I going hunting when I take the Wifey to Olive Garden-lol. I wear a size 8.5 up to a 9.5. These were a 9 as I recall. Yes! By all means BUY these shoes if you are considering them. I donāt do a lot of feedbacks on Amazon but felt compelled to do so on these. I hope the seller will email me with some additional styles and color choices aft we they read this!! āGotcha someā as they say here In Pensacola. Best / most comfortable shoes I now own!!!!
