This review is mostly for the customer service havnt installed them yet. I got a notification from Amazon and FedEx that my order had been delivered. I was home out front at the time it said they were delivered and obviously my order had not. Got a picture of the back of an empty truck as proof of delivery. I wrote Tempress and told them of my situation and they contacted me within 24hrs saying they were looking into the matter. Long story short they said they would resend my order if I had not received it by a certain time. Well I got my order a few days later and learned FedEx had a mix up. I was surprised how much more comfortable the high back is compared to the low back seats. They are expensive but worth every penny. I am 6' 1" 230#.

These seat fit nice bolted onto the bench seat in my Boston whaler. They're comfortable. The seats look to be well made. I cannot comment on there longevity because we just put them in. The 4 stars instead of 5 stars reflect the fact that the seat came with different size bolts. 2 short and 2 long. The short were not usable. I often fish in choppy water with a lot of rocking and bouncing in my smaller boat. Sometimes my back and tailbone would hurt for a week after one of these trips so I invested in one of these seats and a shock absorber post and what a difference they made. My back felt so much better after the last trip and I didn't even need the usual recovery time. I just wish they were cheaper. I'd get 3 more. :-) ... show more

These are the most comfortable boat seats I've had in a boat. I'm old and can't sit on an upside down pail for very long anymore. My back was starting to ache after an hour in my original seats. I can sit a long time in these. They seem well built and they look great. I hope they last a while.

Received quicker than expected. Good looking product.installed in 2 hours both front and back seats. Had to modify a bit the front seats. Not their issue! Older boat! Other than that fit good and comfy! All parts included. Including hinges for middle seat!
