I wear a 13 shoe. Using the measurement tools online, I bought an 11.5 skate. They were super tight when I first got them. Could barely get my feet in them. So I bought another set of more expensive skates which were supposed to be wider, but those hurt my feet in other ways (toe box was just not right), so I tried these Artiste skates on again, and they started to fit better as I spent more time wearing them. I would say that fit nicely now, like a glove. I've worn them around the house with skate guards on. And I have had them on the ice a couple times now. The inner arch is still a bit tight. But I'm still breaking them in. They perform nicely. I'm a bigger guy (275 lbs) and they hold up just fine. I can do all the stuff in Adult level 3/4 with them. I love the style. The flat suede look. Blades look great. I'm sure they will be just fine as I continue to break them in. ... show more

Love them- had professionally sharpened- only flaw is inside fabric is tacky- it sticks to your socks- putting on is worse than it already is with ice skates- otherwise fantastic!

Too narrow even for a child and even a bigger size. They look nice, but not comfortable and run way to small. It's suppose to be men's; men don't have narrow feet and high arches. They are very difficult to put on. The only reason we kept it, bc he needs skates right now and we have no time for buying and returning... ... show more

Even if you’re just an average occasional ice skater, this is a HUGE upgrade over rental skates. These fit snugly but are comfortable, and feel much more secure and stable on the ice. Well worth it, whether a good skater or beginner like me!
