Unfortunately, we had some very old stains that we were unable to remove with any other product, so we tried this and it worked great on many different stains, but it didnโt do as well on the older deeper stains. I still recommend it as it was a whole lot better than any other brand Iโve ever tried!!! We may have just not used it enough on the truly deep stubborn stains so we plan to wait until summer to facilitate the carpet drying out better. Will update this review when the time comes.

I saw this on a sale recently and thought I would try it out. So far I'm in love with it. It's helped me clean up some stains I thought that we were just going to have to call part of the family! The bottle and sprayer are comfy in the hand which is nice when you are hunting down stains all over and trying to kill them once and for all. I do wish it had a scent to it but that's just me and my scent-loving self. The product is great!

I have a yellow custom made area rug - don't ask me what I was thinking - I don't know! Anyway, big surprise, it got dirty. Bought a carpet washer - didn't help. Was ready to throw ugly rug out when I saw ad for Folex and since I'd already invested way too much in this thing, I thought what's another few bucks. Picture me shocked - this stuff works! This cleaner worked very well to brighten up my light-colored stair runners and front door rug. Here is the process I used and found effective. Using the "spray" setting, spray across an area you want clean (for instance, I did one stair with riser at a time). Spray more heavily on the highly trafficked spots. Then, put a microfiber cleaning cloth in hot water and ring it out. With both hands, run the opened warm cloth in the direction of the carpet nap several times. ALWAYS GO IN THE DIRECTION OF THE NAP, SO YOU ARE LESS LIKELY TO DAMAGE THE CARPET FIBERS. I went back and forth to the sink for clean water for each section. Not only did this product and method make my stairs cleaner and lighter, but it also helped the flattened carpet fibers to fluff up.

I purchased this product because a blogger said that it was one of the best kept secrets for removing stains. We had a senior dog who had multiple accidents on our now old carpet. These stains were years old and dark! I used many other stain removers, but they only helped minimally remove the stain. In comes Folex, and it has completely removed the black stain that was set in the carpet for at least a year. It really does work! I have even used it on my sonโs white hoodie to get rid of pizza sauce and that sauce was no match for Folex!

I must admit that I am a neat freak. The majority of my home is hardwood floors, but in my three season room, there is carpet. I have tried every spot carpet cleaner that money can buy. This by far is the best. Literally, it is not only the best by removing stains (red wine was my taboo stain on white carpet!) but is also the easiest to use. No rubbing, letting it dry, and then vacuuming it up; No blotting, using a lot of paper towels. You just spray it and the stain miraculously disappears. This is a fabulous product and highly recommend.

I've bought this several times now and I'll keep coming back when I run out. I have two cats who have different illnesses and throw up more than normal. Their vomit and hairballs kept staining the carpet so I tried this on a whim over a year ago and this thing is legit. I've used it on my mattress, carpet, and sofas! The best method I've found to get the best results: dab up the stain to clear any extra liquid and bits from the stain first. Then generously saturate the stain with this product. Leave to sit for 10 mins, then dab it up several times with a towel. Step on it for maximum dab penetration. DO NOT RUB! Dabbing is what will get you the best results with this product. It's so great at getting out the odor from stains (especially cat vomit) so hallelujah that I found this product randomly. Enjoy!
