  • Seriously disappointed but stuck with it
As the title suggests, I don't know what to do with this thing. It's a few very thin pieces of sheet metal screwed together. I just can't see how a company could manufacture and sell this without thinking the construction would be a problem. This thing is so flimsy that it rattles loudly, and also vibrates at an audible pitch if you tap it with your finger. It could double as an instrument in a pinch I guess. Unfortunately, the board is the inexpensive part. All the modules and connectors that are required to use the board are sold separately. Since these are scarce to be found in the same place, I've already spent more than the cost of the board across three vendors ordering the rest of the pieces to make it work like I needed it to. You can order pieces from the manufacturer, but they will charge you thirty dollars to ship a three dollar part that weighs a few ounces. I'd recommend buying in bulk from them. Furthermore, the shipping is dangerous with these. There is no padding in the manufacturer's box whatsoever (how it was shipped to me). Just the board in a snug fitting thin box. Luckily, the carrier didn't decide to rough this one up like they often do. It would have been toast if they did. In trying to rationalize this and give some flexibility (no pun intended) to the maker, maybe the smaller boards are more solid because they have less surface area to flap. I'm stuck to this now, so I'll try and make the best of it. However, I would advise running in the opposite direction as fast as you can if you plan to purchase anything of substantial size. I'll feel robbed every time I look down at this floppy thing for years to come. ... show more

  • Best pedal board system I've had
I'll say up front that the Temple Audio TRIO is not a snap to put together; you've got to plan it out with the planning tools provided on the Temple Audio website, and then there are a few curse words that might fly during the actual process of mounting the pedals BUT, once you've done it, it is really unparalleled. The pedals fit together compactly, stay in place, can be removed relatively easily and just look great. When you purchase the bag, you can transport this board anywhere with ease. I've had many, many boards over time and, as you can see by the picture, I have more than a few pedals. This handles everything. I've got a large Voodoo Labs mondo power source and a small T Rex underneath. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • I love the locking plate
I love the locking plate. It is easy to use and means you don't have to deal with Velcro ever again. I wish there were additional heights available to enable a tear system. Love the accessories available for customizing your connectivity.

  • Very good
I'm not a fan of the special mounting clamps Temple wants to sell you, but was able to work around it. Really like everything else about the design!
