Docked a star for the incorrect sizing of th8s company... I am a true 7 1/2 wide. I purchased a size size 8 and the length is a size 7 med width. Why are these booties, not the correct size? They also they slip on my heel, probably because they are made for a size 8 foot and I am a 7 1/2? Bl The length is way shorter than it should be for a 7 1/2. I would suggest going up one full size I circled where my toe hits the front of the shoe. I hope it does not end up hurting my big toe.Otherwise instant return

I made the questionable decision to try these boots on in 80-degree weather, and within five minutes I was turning into a sweaty, grumpy monster. Which honestly is the best endorsement — if they’re that warm when it’s hot out, I know they’ll be perfect once winter actually shows up. Sizing was spot on for me, no weird “order up or down” nonsense. They feel light and cushioned underfoot, not clunky like some snow boots can be. Definitely something you can walk around in all day without regretting it. Style-wise, they’re cuter than I expected. They work with wide-leg jeans, tights, thick socks, or leggings, and they give off a younger, trendier vibe without crossing into “trying too hard.” Let’s just say nobody’s going to roll their eyes at me for wearing them, but they might think I knocked a few years off. Totally depends what you pair them with. As for the traction — no ice around here at 80 degrees, and I don’t exactly own an ice rink, but our polished concrete floors are slick enough. I did a little slip test, and I didn’t land on my ass, so that’s a good sign. Not sure if it was sweat dripping off my forehead (because I was roasting in these things) or dog drool that made the floor extra slick, but either way, I stayed upright. Aside from wearing them to look super cute, I also fully plan to make these my go-to “dog duty” shoes — easy to slip on when my husband decides it’s my turn to take them out in the cold. Warm feet, no laces, and hopefully no icy wipeouts. One thing I’ll have to wait and see is how the material holds up once real snow hits. Suede and similar fabrics have a way of showing those telltale water lines, and winter boots live or die by how they look after a few months of slush. If I could do it again, I’d probably go with Chestnut or Brown instead of Black. Those shades just play nicer with jeans, tights, and leggings — they blend better with denim and give more contrast against darker bottoms. The black still looks fine, but the lighter colors feel a little more versatile. Bottom line: these boots check all the boxes — warm, comfy, versatile, and cute. If they can survive my “indoor concrete test” at 80 degrees, I’m pretty confident they’ll crush it on snow and ice when winter finally hits. The only questions left: will they stand up to snow lines, and why didn’t I click Chestnut?

These black suede boots really impressed me when I first took them out of the box. The weather-resistant suede looks and feels nice, the sole is thick, and the tread is excellent. I honestly don’t think slipping will be an issue with these, even in wet weather with my accident prone self! I ordered a half size up since that’s what I usually do with boots to leave room for thick socks, but these actually run true to size. My regular 8.5 would have been the better choice. Even with thick socks, the 9 is a little big, and my heel slides a bit when I walk. Comfort-wise, these are very cushioned and soft on the inside. They are heavier than what I’m used to, though, and since my foot slides around, I make a bit of a clumping sound on hard floors. It’s not uncomfortable, just something I need to get used to. Out of the two pairs of boots I’ve ordered this season, these are the most comfortable. Style-wise, I think these are best for casual wear. They pair easily with sweats, leggings, and jeans, but I wouldn’t really wear them in a work setting unless it’s a casual workplace. They’re lined and very warm, so I think they’ll be a great option for late fall and winter. These are a shorter boot, so while you can tuck jeans into them, I found that my jeans wanted to come back out since the boot doesn’t come up very high. Leggings would definitely tuck in more easily. Overall, these are warm, comfortable, and a good value considering you’re getting lined suede with excellent tread. The platform sole also gives a nice little boost in height. I’ve included photos showing them with two different styles of jeans, skinny and boot cut, for reference.

This pair of snow boots are sturdy and well made. The upper is suede leather with a soft, faux fur lining. That fur does shed when they are first worn. Since it is summer still, I have not worn these regularly to see if it stops shedding, but I think it will. The sole is a nice, thick platform of rubber, which I love for the added height for my 5' 4" shortness. There are deep treads on the bottoms to give good traction for getting around in the snow. These boots look like quality workmanship. I ordered them in a size 10, which is a size up from my regular shoe size of 9. I wanted to be able to wear wool socks in them. The inside length is a perfect fit for my foot ... without socks on. The width is a bit snug, but I do have slightly wide feet. That was my reason too for ordering a size 10, to get a little extra width for comfort. These size 10's fit like a size 9 on my feet. That said, most shoes and boots stretch with regular wear over time, so I'm sure these will stretch as well. As they are now, I can wear them and be comfy in them with thinner socks or barefoot, so I'm happy with them. These boots are very nice looking and feel sturdy, so I will recommend them. A caution if you're a thick winter sock wearer, I would order up a size. The size 10 fits my feet like a size 9 (reason for my 4 star rating), so not any extra room that I was going for with ordering up a size. I did think that the price was expensive for these boots when I ordered them, but after getting them I see that they are well made of good quality materials and look really good. So I will say they are a fair value for the price. Currently (9-20-2025) there is a coupon available to reduce the price and make them a better value.
