    • Poor instructions, Poor Focus, Cracked Lens, Poor Quality
Very, very disappointing. This was poorly made and just doesn''t work. At all. The view finder has a crack in the lens, but at least it's the only lens you can see anything through, really. The other lenses, none of them at any focus setting can see anything. Not nearly as clearly as the view finder. The screw settings for holding the lenses in place are weak- they do not hold well. There is even screw metal inside of them as if they should screw as an attachment to the telescope. They don't. They just slide around and in and out, ,without the size screws holding them in place. Very poor quality and highly disappointing. Every kid has their highlight Christmas gift/item, and this was supposed to be ours. Sad faces this Cristmas. We do plan to return. ... show more

Bought just to have one. Works amazing, quick and easy to put together. Love it. You’re not gonna get a nasa type shot. But it definitely magnifies and is clear.

The telescope itself is good to use but it does not stay in place once you tighten it to where you want. It keeps sliding down no matter how tight you think you've got it.

    • No operating instructions and inadequate installation instructions
The telescope doesn't come with any operating instructions. It comes with many pieces and inadequate assembly instructions. The images are inverted leading someone to try to assemble it differently. There is no mention that many of the pieces are accessories and which pieces are essential. "Rufus" has some helpful information that should be included in the packaging. I wasted a lot of time exchanging pieces and trying to make pieces fit trying to reorient the upside down images. RUFUS says images are inverted intentionally, but nothing on the box or in the packaging mentions it. ... show more
