Straps and inside are of good quality. The outside is also of better quality than other purses I've owned. Easy to wipe down and keep clean. The zippers aren't cheap nylon plastic. The straps are comfortable on my shoulder even with significant weight of what I'm carrying. Straps come with several punch holes to adjust the length needed. There is an inside zipper pocket, but I do wish there had been more than one main pocket to separate items. Very happy and it is stylish enough for daily and evening use.

Really nice bag - I got the white and it looks just like the images. The straps and lining on the top are brown, so it's a nice contrast. The straps are adjustable so you can make them as long or as short as you like. The inside lining is a little cheap, and I can feel the cardboard flaps on the bottom of the bag underneath the lining, so that's a little odd. The inner lining is not sewn onto the inside of the bag, so it kind of flaps around. Not the highest quality, but overall a great bag.

I have been using this bag for the last couple of weeks, and I cannot pay it enough compliments! It's stylish. Holds a lot. Has a zipper to keep it closed. It doesn't pinch my arm whatsoever. It's super soft but sturdy. I would highly recommend this bag for anyone who likes vegan leather purse!

This bag is gorgeous. It looks just like the pictures. The material is soft, and it looks expensive. It even has a slight "real leather" smell, which I found impressive. My best friend has a Coach bag that is real leather, and she honestly thought this was also real. I don't use it for super heavy things, so I can't comment on sturdiness. I wouldn't feel the need to put my laptop in there, but with the buckle instead of a continuous strap, I would worry about comfort if I were using it for weighty things. It's great to take a wallet, keys, and some of my daughter's toys, though!
