  • Definitely Helps
I actually don't use this ON my teeter, as I like to keep that pretty "clean" for it's main use. I DO however use it by itself on the floor. I was using a foam roller or rolled up towel previously, but thought I would give this a try. It's obviously better designed for it's intended purpose than the aforementioned. The fact that it swivels actually helps to get it in just the right spot. I've switched back and forth between the two attachments, depending on the intensity I need at that time. ... show more

  • Not exactly what I expected
The cool thing about this device is that it can be used on the floor or on the Teeter. The weird thing is that it can be used on the floor and on the Teeter. I found positioning it on the Teeter to be odd compared to using it on the floor - but I haven't really experimented with it that much. At present, I'm using my Still Point Inducer behind my head while inverted on the Teeter when I have a headache. In closing, I really like the Teeter company and their products. Most likely, I just haven't figured out how to optimize this device. ... show more

  • Relieves tension headaches FAST
I was so impressed with my teeter inversion table, I tried this accessory. It looks like hard plastic, but it has flex. It also pivots for comfort. I almost bought a generic soft product similar to this, but this works great and is comfortable. It's not comfortable at first - because your muscles are tight. But it really loosens then up. This relieves my tension headaches faster than anything else. There is even a more intense rubber bar to use. That thing really gets in and stretches your neck. It's intense, but the benefits can't be denied. Now I'm glad that I didn't buy the foam version. This one really stretches and improves, instead of being a semi supportive pillow. I can't really say if other styles work. But I can definitely vouch that this one does! ... show more

  • Teeter Rocks!
Everything Teeter is healthy and healing; I have never been disappointed. One just needs to be educated in proper usage and one must be dedicated and consistent in implementing the healing routine. I’ve had my teeter chair for years and this neck relaxer is a bonus! No drugs; natural healing and trusting one’s own body to heal itself. Thank You TEETER FAMILY! ... show more

  • Works so much better than I expected
This product is the best I have found for mild self-adjustment stretching. It offers great support and the swivel base allows me to move side to side while being fully supported so that I am not putting stress on my vertebrae. And it feels great.
