I ordered this vinyl for color changing cups. I cut the design on a Cricut Explore Air 2 on the Shimmer Vinyl setting after increasing the pressure to 300 in the materials setting. It cut, weeded and applied beautifully. The cups are lovely. The photo does not due it justice.

The first time I used this product, I hated it. It was hard to weed and I ended up scrapping the whole project. Well, through some turn of events this was the only permanent vinyl I had on hand to make a last minute gift so I thought I would try it again. I looked at some other reviews and found someone suggest the shimmer vinyl setting. So I tried that and it worked! It cut like butter and weeded beautifully! I had no issues getting it on or off the transfer paper either. I did take one star off because some of the vinyl had scratches on it. ... show more

This vinyl is beautiful and looks great on my custom Starbucks cups. I saw in the reviews and questions that people were struggling with this vinyl, so I went to the manufacturer's website to see their recommendations. I'm using a Cricut Explore Air 2. The manufacturer recommends a 220 cut pressure. I created a custom setting in my Cricut app for Teckwrap with the pressure set for 220. I use this setting to cut and it turns out perfect every time. Once I run out of the rolls I bought through Amazon, I'll order through the manufacturer's site since it's a lot cheaper. ... show more
