I purchased this Windows 11 Home installation kit not having any experience with anything newer than Windows 7. I wanted to install this on an new computer that I built specifically because all of my existing PC hardware will not support Windows 11. So, very new territory for me and I was very uncertain of how it would work out if I did something wrong. I did have several issues on my side and many questions as how to install this new version of Windows and not have all of the automatic account login and bloatware installed as the default Windows 11 installation process will do. I emailed the Tech-Shop-Pro support staff and they worked tirelessly to answer all of my questions and gave me some very helpful websites that enabled me to understand better and fix all of my issues. When I did the final install, everything went exactly as it should. Windows 11 installed exactly as I wanted and the Product Key they sent with the USB drive activated perfectly with Microsoft to show that I had a legally authorized Windows 11 license. The tech support agent that I worked with was very patient with me and answered all of my questions during what must have been 15+ emails back and forth over a several day period. Their response time to my emails were sometimes as short as 15 minutes. Unheard of in this day and age. I can't say enough good things about how they performed to walk me through the entire process to a successful end. I would highly recommend purchasing any products that they sell due to their great support after the sale.

Cheap, easy and it works. This is the Windows 11 home version, USB 64bit. Half the price compared to anywhere else. Buy it!

I bought this to try to rewrite my Windows 11 Home Edition since Amazon did not send an activating code for it. I already knew, since this is my 4th Alienware computer, that dealing with the BIOS was going to be a headache. And sure enough, it was a headache. So, I email tech support with the address sent in the USB package. Tech support did email me back and we sent about 4 emails back and forth. With the guy I was communicating with saying he also owns an Alienware PC and knows how difficult the BIOS is to deal with. We got as far as me sending him pictures of all the steps I was taking and where I was getting stuck. That was the last time I had heard from them. I had even sent to more emails to see if we could re-establish communication, but never got another email back. Ended up taking my PC to my local repair shop so they could get my Windows installed. The repair shop did not want to use the USB since they had never heard of the company it came from. All in all had to pay more to get things up and running and now I am stuck with a product I did not use since it was non-refundable. Buy at your own risk.

If you are not tech savvy enough to do bios upgrades, thesis is not an automatic cure? I ended up taking my computer that lost boot file ro repair shop, the cosmos battery was dead and hard drive was bad! If I was more experienced maybe I could have fixed it! But the message on the boot drive indicated that if I re-installed Windows 11 I would overwrite all my files!

Don't buy. If you buy this and are unable to use you will not get your money back. I bought this and couldn't use because I had my computer test after I bought and I only read the instructions to see how to use and when I got my computer back from the shop my hard drive was no good and this wouldn't work because the hard was not able to be recognized by any software and I would have buy windows 11 and reinstall it all it. If you can't use don't buy because you will only get $3 back because they charge a $59.00 for restocking fee.
