Open the bag...inhale the strong scent of cherry....wonderful sweet cherry. Get your hopes up that it'll taste like it smells. April Fool!!! It might smell like cherry but it tastes totally of hibiscus and cranberry. Really tart. It's not at all a bad taste but it's not what the name/advertising (and that glorious smell) lead you to anticipate. Maybe sugar would bring out some sweetness, but I can't use any sweeteners so I don't iknow. I won't buy it again. I wanted sweet cherry.

I'm excited to try some of their other teas. This one has fresh, vibrant ingredients, the mix of fruit to flower is balanced. The pieces of cherry are actually soft! Not over dried. The color is so beautiful, and it doesn't take much to make a bold cup of tea. Did I mention the smell? It smells sooooo good. One word of caution with hibiscus containing teas. Drink plenty of water and replenish electrolytes. Hibiscus is a diuretic, and losing water weight while drinking this is possible, which might be quite nice, but also flushes minerals with it. So drink your tea! Then drink some water <3

I drink herbal iced tea year round - a lot of it. I prefer a decaffeinated, non-carbonated and sugar free beverage as an alternative to soda and heavily flavored commercial beverages. I have been sampling herbal ice teas for years, and although I have found some that are certainly enjoyable, I knew after the first sip that Cherry Goddess was finally the answer. My previous favorite was Tea Forte's Cherry Cordial, which is a still a good choice, but now is in second place. Cherry Goddess has a wonderful cherry flavor and is curiously sweet without added sugar. I use a cold brew method with the 2 quart Takeya iced tea maker (also highly recommended). Nothing could be easier - place three to four tablespoons of loose tea in the infuser, fill with water, and put it in the refridge overnight. Enjoy!

Right out of the gate I smelled nothing from the outside of the bag which I look for in purchasing any kind of tea. Tells you the inside might be something stale. Once opened, what a robust scent!! It’s all about the cherries! So far I’ve only steeped it in my loose leaf pitcher cold. I didn’t need to use much tea, so it was a great value for the money. A teaspoon for about 12 ounces I’d say. The flavor did not disappoint and I’ve refilled my pitcher five times already with it still having an amazingly tasty flavor. I’ve already added this to my monthly subscribe and save it’s that good. Obviously for me it was more of a fruity tea which I prefer. Hope this helps.

This tea has a very nice, somewhat sour cherry flavor which I really like. I’m trying to reduce the amount of caffeine that I drink and this tea is perfect for that. It has a pretty red color when brewed and I let it brew for about 7 or 8 minutes. I’ve been purchasing more loose tea lately because I like having control over the strength of the tea without having to reduce the water like I would with teabags. I’ve been using a stainless steel tea infuser for this tea that’s fairly large and fits into the cup to brew my tea. It also fits into a couple of my teapots and works really well. I found it here on Amazon ASIN B075KK731Y. There are a few similar brands that Amazon carries which would probably also work, but this is the only one we’ve tried. They don’t rust and are easier to clean than the older, small infusers and doesn’t rust like some of the older styles did. This tea would probably work well as an iced tea although I haven’t tried it that way yet.

This was my first time trying this brand of tea. First of all, I loved the smell when I opened the bag. This is an extremely fruity tea . If you don't like fruity tangy pass on this one because it smells like cherries in the bag and in your cup along with other fruity smells. It's tangy unless you load it up with honey. It has a bit of a perfume fragrance that I can't put my finger on but I enjoyed it. I drank my first cup hot however I think this would make a wonderful cold tea too. It captured me enough to bring me back to order another flavor. I'm hooked.

If you like fruit tea that is closer to juice, then you'll want to make this a little bit stronger and add a sweetener, but if you're used to fruit teas, then this one can stand on its own. The strong flavor is cherry with hibiscus and raspberry notes. I bought a bag for a gift that needed a cherry theme, and a bag for myself so that I could try it first, and I plan to come back and buy more. It's the kind of tea that, when dry, looks like potpourri with chunks of dry fruit in it. I was a little bit surprised that the bag looked different. It wasn't silver, rather a white with fruit and flowers theme. Not bad, more of a vintage kitchen look.

Received mine today and already enjoying a cup. It has a wonderful cherry aroma and flavor that tastes all natural to me with a hint of rose and berry. I find it perfect for spring and summer brewing. I try to drink more water but like to add different flavorings for variety and as I don't like the 'artificial drops' that are sold, this tea fit my needs exactly. For working the overnight shifts when I want a bit of caffeine, I will add a little Earl Grey to the mix. I tried one cup already of the mix and it worked wonderfully. If you like variety in teas, this one is a winner for sure. It came packaged nicely with good sized ingredients for brewing. I will definitely be purchasing this again. The cost is reasonable when compared to the shop where I can purchase loose leave teas.
